Information about Stephanie
Native French speaker and tutor with experience of teaching private or group French lessons. I currently have a number of GCSE students and am familiar with both AQA and EdExcel Curriculums. My 2022 GCSE results were all Grade 7 and above.
I tutor French conversation on line and face to face with a number of Adult French speakers who want to practice their French with a native French speaker.
I believe learning a foreign language should be fun and I am passionate about sharing my love of the French language with people.
Availability: I have a variety of slots available throughout the week and am also available to tutor in the evenings and weekends.
Willing to travel: 5 miles
Experience: I have been teaching French for the past 8 years (adults and children) in both group and individual settings. I have experience of teaching conversational French as well as various GCSE and A level curriculums.
I work in a local Primary School in Wilmslow and teach Year 6 students in line with the National Curriculum.

My Son had a great summer of French lessons with Stephanie. Her engaging lessons and patience made learning really enjoyable for him, and he has improved his French whilst having fun, which was the main goal. I highly recommend her to anyone seeking a French tutor.

Stephanie was always a lovely, caring and very knowledgeable tutor! She helped my daughter very well in regards to reading, writing and listening, and was super helpful with explaining difficult grammar points and rules. Not only that, she has a genuine interest in the outcome and results of all exams. I would highly recommend to anyone wondering!

Stephanie approaches the sessions well with a plan that is well communicated before hand. Each session is varied and interesting and we conduct communications in French as much as possible. Would readily recommend.

Stephanie has a highly engaging and empathetic style that really helps you to engage with the language and nudges you into to improving and applying your existing knowledge. A highly enthusiastic character makes lessons fun and exploratory, her deep knowledge and enthusiasm for all things French is infectious and just makes you want to learn more from her. Her mastery of the language comes from using it on a daily basis with her family but whilst she can and does offer advice and correction on inevitable linguistic errors, she doesn`t stop the lesson flow or lecture you, she is an excellent coach and allows flow to continue. I highly recommend her as a "Super prof".
