Hello!

I tutor English (literature and language) and Drama at GCSE level. And Drama at A Level.

I provide students with the tools and resources most suited to their learning style to effectively engage with in depth language analysis, understanding the text and how to understand the exam questions, what they are asking you to do and the correct structure and format for each style of question.

I am fun, kind and caring and enjoy finding creative methods of learning that are suited to each individual and I am passionate about accessibility and equality within education.

In my spare time I am learning Spanish and enjoy walks in the countryside.

I am currently three years into my degree at Bath Spa University studying Secondary Education and Drama. Once I graduate I will take my PGCE, which qualifies me to teach, and then would like to progress on to doing a masters in Education and an EdD (Education Doctorate).

For two years I volunteered in a Secondary School as a teaching assistant for year 7-12 in Drama and English. During this time I also ran the schools Drama Club - for this I wrote a play, which I then taught, directed and produced in front of a live audience to raise money for the schools Drama Department.

I have also completed an 8week placement at Millfield Boarding School teaching English (Literature and Language) and Drama, to years 9-13.

For the last two years I have also worked as a private nanny for all ages and abilities including SEN.
