Hi my name is Fiona. I am currently an A Level Psychology Teacher at a 6th form college. New College Pontefract is rated 3rd best nationally for student progress. Psychology departments achieves ALPS 4/3 consistently and my individual class high grades are consistently between 60 - 70% which is well above national average. I focus mainly on delivery of skills based understanding rather than teaching content during sessions. I believe the skills are the access route to success in Psychology.

Experience: I qualified in 2006 and have taught at my current college for 14 years. I have had a number of TLRs including being a performance leader in high level achievements. I am currently a performance leader for ILT in the classroom.
