I am a dedicated Primary School Teacher who is professional, kind and patient. When tutoring I can give my undivided attention to my student so that they can reach their full potential. I believe in motivating children though praise to encourage them to believe in themselves. Confidence also grows when they begin to understand concepts and achieve success. I think that I am a skilled communicator who can convey complicated knowledge in an easy-to-understand manner.
I can help primary school students in Maths, English, SATS and 11+ and tailor my tuition to meet the needs of students. I will ask students and parents what areas require more attention as well as making a judgment myself. I will explain topics step-by-step with real-life examples.

Experience: I am currently a Primary School Teacher and have a thorough understanding of the National Curriculum and keep up to date with any changes that take place. I have well planned and structured lessons that keep students engaged to maximise their learning with the time spent in each lesson. I also have access to much high quality material that is used currently in schools and know and use all strategies that are considered best practice.
I am a friendly and approachable person and experienced in teaching different ability levels. I use a variety of teaching methods to make learning interesting and fun, in order to get the best out of my students.
