Hafsa

Hi, I`m Hafsa and I`m an undergraduate student studying Biomedical Sciences. I have a keen interest in Science, specifically, Biology and I would like to pass on that knowledge to students. I teach Biology GCSE and A-level and Maths GCSE. I also teach primary school English, Maths and Science. All lessons would be online through whatever platform the student is most comfortable with and my aim is to tailor the tutoring to the needs of the specific student to allow them to achieve their full potential. Previously I have tutored primary school kids to help them with English and Maths, they found this very useful and helped them get through SATs to progress onto secondary school. Moreover, over the years I have tutored my friends and they found my explanations of concepts very clear and helpful. I want to benefit the students as much as possible, therefore welcoming any resources or suggestions students or parents can provide. My knowledge of the curriculum is strong as going through GCSE and A-levels myself, I understand the curriculum well and what specifically examiners are asking for to get those marks. Biology A-level, in particular, requires a lot of exam techniques something I have mastered and would like to pass this on to students.

Experience: I am well, organised and detail-oriented, skills which are important for A level Biology in order to achieve top grades. I have been tutoring for 3+ years. I have strong experience in teaching Biology courses, wide knowledge of laboratory experiments and equipment, profound knowledge of biology instructional techniques, familiarity with biology laboratory setting, these are skills necessary to excel to do well in your exams, and I would love to pass this knowledge. Of course all students are unique so I adjust my lessons accordingly to ensure different learning styles are being addressed. I also always encourage the student to give me feedback or mention when they are finding concepts difficult.
