Information about Emma
My name is Emma and I am a fully qualified Primary School Teacher with over eight years classroom experience working with both KS1 and KS2 children in preparation for their SATs, the Phonics Screening and the 11+.
I write educational articles on The Thinking Tutor website and have been tutoring for 6 years. I specialise in 11+ preparation and offer group sessions to make tutoring more affordable.
Availability: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday from 3.30pm - 7.30pm
Sunday from 9am - 12noon
Willing to travel: 5 miles
Experience: I`ve experienced a wide range of schools and age groups, as a permanent class teacher and a supply staff member. I`ve worked with children who need a lot of support to children who need extending well beyond their chronological age.
I`ve worked with dozens of children on a tutoring basis in preparation for SATs and 11+ and find that tutoring really is where children flourish.
