Peter helped our student to revise and fill the gaps with specific topics. The approach to teaching is very professional and academic. Peter has not just offered tailored lessons but also sent the curriculum element and learning objectives for each week, has sent the report on what have been achieved, and what will be covered next week ahead. Before weekly sessions the student has received the resources and checked work from previous week. The lessons are really well planned and structured, and the results are just amazing.

Tutor is very organised, punctual, and friendly, offering support outside the sessions e.g. questions about school homework or exam practise questions. Tutorials also tailored to you and many different support resources provided from session-to-session.

My son worked with Peter on his Chemistry A level in the run-up to the exams to help him achieve the grade he needed for his university offer. Peter was very knowledgeable and extremely thorough in his preparation and feedback and my son learnt a lot through all the practice exam questions they did together. Happily he got the grade he needed and is off to his first choice university, so I would be happy to recommend Peter.

Peter has been tutoring our daughter in Chemistry for the last 14 months and it`s a great credit to him that the remote teaching has worked so well in these COVID times. Our daughter had massive gaps in her A level Chemistry knowledge having spent nearly an entire academic year in isolation due to the Covid lockdowns. We found Peter who went above and beyond our expectations, with a wealth of knowledge and detailed preparation and feedback for each customised lesson. Peter is a great tutor and helped tremendous amounts throughout my A-level Chemistry course. He is very attentive to areas of the subject which I found more difficult and he was able to tailor and personalise his tutoring to this as well, with structured lessons involving both subject content with a balanced amount of exam practice. Outside of lessons, any time I needed help with a certain question or topic he was always willing to go out of his way to answer as soon as possible, being supportive and patient whilst also showing his genuine enthusiasm for the subject! His encouragement throughout my A-levels has definitely helped my self-confidence within chemistry but also in my personal life, making sure my mental well-being and sleep schedule are keeping on track as well as my school work! Peter is truly a fantastic tutor and I would recommend him to everyone :)

Great Tutor! Peter helped me to understand every topic and gave advice on exam technique for A level Edexcel Chemistry. Good preparation for the lessons, sends all the material for the lesson via email. Always selects some past papers questions to practise after the topic is covered. Also helps with questions outside of the lesson if needed!

Peter is proving to be an excellent tutor. He provides well planned detailed notes in advance of each tutorial. He is very supportive and thoughtful. Peter has quickly established a rapport with my son who is doing A level chemistry. Peter is well prepared and highly organised presenting my son with a detailed lesson plan of the topic to be covered prior to each session and lots of resources and materials to assist. My son has got so much out of his initial lessons and has grown in confidence especially the maths / calculations and feels well supported and encouraged by Peters enthusiastic and encouraging attitude. I also get feedback as a parent as does my son. Really happy we have chosen Peter Thankyou !!

Peter was very accommodating during the booking process trying to find a slot time to accommodate our daughter. He really eats, sleeps and breathes Chemistry. His lessons are meticulously planned and he is always open to dealing with additional questions outside of the lesson. very helpful and takes a holistic approach to help you in multiple areas including personal improvement alongside the academic stuff, which he helps to identify your weak points. my only suggestion for improvement would be to have more structure to lesson/revision plan that gets shared with the student. overall nice tutor and would recommend if you need a helping hand and friendly face.

Peter is the BEST tutor I could have ever asked for! After a rocky start to my first year of university, I decided to turn to a tutor to help me out. Luckily I found Peter, and I am so glad that I did. Not only did I receive amazing tutoring, with personal PowerPoints made weekly for the subject I wanted to cover, explanations for every question and query I had; but I also received amazing support for me in my academic life and personal life. I can ask Peter a question at any time of the day and I will always get a response. As I am studying my first year at university, the academic work is pretty intense. But I feel as though I am covered throughout all of it and I can always get some help if I need to. I only wish I could have had this for A Level too. If you are looking for a tutor, look no further. Peter is truly the best I could have asked for.

We engaged Peter to help our 17 yr old son with OCR A level Chemistry. This has probably been the best decision I have made all year! Peter is extremely knowledgeable, patient, understanding, very well prepared, accessible and fun, which given he`s tutoring in Chemistry is no mean feat. Peter has uncovered some of the key weaknesses in our son`s basic understanding of concepts and is working on them so that he can move forward with more confidence. Our son has some learning difficulties with Maths and Peter has taken the pains to find the best way to explain the mathematical concepts in Chemistry in a way he can really understand. As I said, best decision of the year! Peter is an excellent tutor. Very encouraging, patient, and friendly. He makes time to answer questions and be reassuring, even outside of tutor times. Through his encouragement, reassurance and teachings, I managed to sit through my challenging OCR-A A-level chemistry papers without crying, which wouldn `t have been possible without him. I `m very grateful to have had him as my tutor.

Peter helped our twin boys in year 8 who were struggling in maths. Peter was friendly and tried hard to make our sons feel at ease. He adapted his teaching to suit their additional needs, which was much appreciated and we enjoyed our chat at the end of the sessions. We would recommend Peter without hesitation.

Peter has been a fantastic tutor to our daughter. She lost all of her confidence in maths, a subject she used to love, before she began her on-line sessions with Peter. Peter has great patience and really cares about his student`s well being and learning outcomes and has gone over and above to make maths fun and interesting as well as making tricky subjects easier to understand. My daughter has struggled with things like long division for months and yet in one session can now confidently sit down unaided to answer long division questions. My daughter also has a love of science (physics) which Peter has been encouraging too (as he also specialises in science), he finds her interesting things to read and they have a science chat at the end of their session which she really looks forwards to. The on-line content of the lessons is great. It is wonderful to see our daughters confidence in maths blossom and her enthusiasm for science deepen. The increase in her self-esteem and confidence has had a knock on effect in other subjects as well. I can`t rate Peter highly enough. Peter has been a fantastic tutor to our daughter, knowledgeable, patient, kind and supportive. She really struggled with maths and Peter helped to identify where the gaps in her knowledge were that were holding her back. This helped to build up her knowledge base. Our daughter was also struggling cognitively which Peter was very sensitive to and devised novel ways of teaching content which she previously couldn`t process. For the first time ever our daughter has reached the target expected of her in her school report which has boosted her confidence no end. We will forever be grateful to Peter for all that he has done for her and would highly recommend him as a tutor.
