I am 22 years old and just last year graduated with a first-class honours degree in BSc Geography from Queen`s University Belfast.

I excel in all elements of Geography, having studied physical and human elements in great depth. I would say that I am exceptionally suited to those completing their GCSEs or AS / A-Levels as I have a sound knowledge of different syllabuses including CCEA and AQA.

I also have a good level of knowledge when it comes to English. I studied it to A-Level and have a good awareness of the literary texts studied in secondary schools throughout Northern Ireland. I still have some of my texts with annotations on them which are still relevant to current exams. In addition to this, I feel I could also be of help to students who need help with Maths up to KS3 level and also ICT up to A-Level standard.

As most syllabuses are now available online, I will be able to take your child through their specific mark scheme in order to ensure that they are obtaining each and every mark they possibly can. If your child struggles at comprehending certain elements of their subject, I am well-versed in various techniques that will assist them in both their coursework and their exams.

As a person in general, I am described as both friendly and helpful. I have a keen interest in assisting others via my own specialised knowledge, therefore I am patient and understanding when assisting others. It is my dream to become a primary school teacher in the near future and as such it would be my absolute pleasure to help your child in any way I can!

Availability: I am currently enrolled on a course at Belfast Met and have placement in a primary school 3 days per week (Monday, Tuesday and Friday). As such, I am available most evenings after 4pm although some days may be 5pm. I am fully flexible at weekends however!

Experience: Currently volunteering as a teaching assistant in a local primary school 3 days per week. Previously employed as an after-school club leader in a number of schools throughout Belfast. Experience with children who have special educational needs.
