I found a negative feedback on Shujaat`s profile but I ignored it and engaged his service.
I regetted this. Firstly, he tried to push me to accept a time that doesn`t suit me or my daughter (7.30-9.30pm on a weekday) but I insisted on our preferred slot - Saturday AM. He was unahppy about this but I can`t understand why he expects to dictate time slot for a service I`m paying for.
Secondly, I found Shujaat`s teaching style unsuitable for my daughter because he told her he could solve a particular maths problem but is unable to explain futher to enable her understand. Shujaat became unhappy over my decision to cancel the booking and sent me the following rude message: "It`s fine if you want to cancel but the reason you state is not justified. Your daughter is barely doing anything on a level 4 and needs a lot of hardwork to work up to higher level. I told her that as I always do to all my pupils. I`ve been teaching these subjects at GCSE and ALevel for the last 30 years or more and none have questioned my `teaching style`. You both seem to have an attitude problem and rate yourself much above what you perform at. Why did she claim she was a level 8 when she`s clearly not? I am unable to understand".

Shujaat, your response shows you are the one with the attitude problem. You should learn to respect the views of other and prioritise the student`s need and not your pocket. Trying to teach later - 7.30-9.30pm on a weekday when the students are less receptive is selfish. My daughter did not place herself in level 8, the school did. And i engaged your service to help improve her grades. If you are able to solve a problem but unable to explain the solution, you need to check yourself ... should you continue to be a teacher...?.

Shujaat is a good tutor. I think he would be better with older more capable children.
