I am a patient and passionate teacher. I aim to inspire confidence and passion in my students for language. I work closely with students to understand how they learn to enable them to achieve the best grade possible.
I am a qualified MFL teacher in a Surrey secondary school teaching French from age 11 to 18. At GCSE, I teach Edexcel GCSE (2016) Also, I have experience of tutoring one to one from ages 8 to 16 (GCSE AQA (2016), IGCSE Edexcel and IGCSE Cambridge).All with very successful results. I examine speaking exams for GCSE and I have examined for AS French speaking exam.
The lessons focus on specific skills: writing, reading, speaking and / or listening.
I use a variety of resources and strategies to enable the student to build their language in all 4 skills or the areas required to improve the final grade.
