Since graduating from the University of Essex with a 2:1 degree in English, I have had great experience assisting children with their learning. I initially became a cover supervisor for Primary and Secondary schools in the Hertfordshire area which enabled me to work with children of all levels. I then went on to managing a specialist Maths and English tuition centre for 4-14 year olds. My responsibilities there were to create individual lesson plans which were tailored to suit every child`s needs. I was also the 11 plus coordinator which meant that I was involved in preparing year 5 pupils for grammar school exams. I am a bubbly, enthusiastic character who truly believes that learning should be an enjoyable process for every child.
