My name is Caitlin welcome to my tutor page. I passed all my GCSE and A- Levels only in august 2024 and 2022 so I am very up to date with the exams and topics.
-I am currently at university studying an education degree working to become a primary school teacher.
-My key subjects to tutor are English as I am passionate about reading and creative writing, media because I done the subject for my GCSE and A level and it was interesting so I know so much about the GCSE and A level topics and history which I have always been interested in I got a grade 6 in GCSE and a C in A level. I watch history documentaries in my free time, I have revision guides from when i was at school and I am very good at sentence structuring. I can also study sources, as well as the knowledge about the topics on my subjects profile.
-My other subjects are foundation science, foundation Maths, Geography and religious education. and primary school skills such as Spanish, your key subjects maths, english and science, History, RE and Geography.
-I am very passionate about teaching, lesson planning and helping students achieve their goals. As I am a student I would be able to relate to my students as a tutor and pass on my revision techniques, experience and positive outlooks and energy.
-I would go over topics they are struggling with each lesson and narrow it down, create a worksheet or task for them to go off and do, go over it the next session and when they are confident we will move onto a different topic.
- I will make lessons engaging and easy to understand for the students using techniques that helped me in school to memorise, understand or structure my work.

Availability: - I am fully available on weekends and Wednesday and Fridays. This is throughout the morning, afternoon and evening.
-I can do Tuesday mornings and afternoons but I go to extra maths lessons in the evenings to improve my maths as I an studying to become a primary school teacher.
-I can do Monday and Thursday evenings 6pm onwards after I get home from university.

Willing to travel: 10 miles

Experience: -I worked in a Nursury for 5 months part time as work experience whilst at university and managed to collect some teaching strategies and come up with tasks for the children. I did this in my free time and I would love to do it for other students and older students because it will be more interesting as it is topics i am interested in and you can do more.
-GCSEs and A levels. 9 out of 9 GCSEs and 3 out of 3 A levels passed.
-Extra maths lessons I take on Tuesday evenings for when i become a primary school teacher. This is because it is my weaker subject, however, I have improved alot and I can pass what I have learnt onto the students.
