I am an experienced tutor in English and Maths at primary school and Key Stage 3 level, and am also able to prepare your child for Sats and entrance exams to local private schools. I can offer French and Spanish tuition up to GCSE level, having gained A`level Spanish and a degree in French.
I work as a Teaching assistant in a local primary school, across all year groups, and keep up to date with the curriculum. I am also a qualified Forest School leader, delivering weekly sessions.
As the mother of 3 boys, I embrace all that outdoor learning offers and achieves, but I also strive to enable children to grow in confidence with their academic learning, and even come to enjoy it! I have discovered in myself a love for tutoring! I tutor in my home (I hold a current DBS certificate) but may be able to travel to you, timetable permitting.
As well as the above, we are a host family to many different nationalities of teenage students who come to the UK to learn English!
