I am a high school, Science Teacher at Maadi STEM school, Cairo Egypt.
Marwa Abdo was born in Zifta, Gharbia on 1 March 1983. I graduated from Tanta University at Gharbyia with a Bachelor in Science and Education in May 2004. I remained at Tanta university to get Teaching Science in English program in July 2005, and I got Vocational diploma in Educational Technology from Banha University at Banha, in June 2008. After that, I got a Special Diploma in Educational Technology from Tanta University, in June 2009. I awarded mission to the UK to get a professional development course for three months from Leicester University, in January 2017.
I am very interested in making science the closest to the hearts and minds of students. Personally, I am highly motivated, I work hard and make a great effort to achieve my goals. Also, I am open-minded for other ideas and a good communicator with different cultures and thoughts.
I am seeking to work at anywhere support my creativity and match my philosophy as I believe that the student has to be an active member in the education process, a self-learner, and a critical thinker as scientists. The goal of my teaching is to empower, enforce students to work in teams, co-operate and explore the information step after step by using the high thinking levels until reaching the top of learning. Scaffolding strategy for example. So, I enhance observation and investigation skills of students through activities, laboratory experiments, guiding questions and field trips.
Availability: It depends on the schedule of my study in PGCE with QTS in Physics program at Sunderland University, So, I can not determine a specefic time at this moment. however, Certainly, I will be available during the weekend.

Experience: During my study, the professional development course at Leicester University, the school of education organized seven visits to different types of UK schools, and I attended completed time tables to observe teaching in the class.
