Hi, I`m Joanne- I`m a newly qualified doctor , offering tuition in the 11+ exam, Biology, Chemistry, Physics and Maths.

I`ve had lots of experience working with students of all capabilities, covering KS2, 3, GCSE + A-level. Having sat these exams relatively recently ( achieving 10A*s at GCSE, 4A*s at A-level and a first in Physiology), I know exactly what the mark schemes are looking for, and my aim is to help familiarise students with the techniques I`ve learnt over the years, to make things as easy and enjoyable as possible.

AIMS

* find a learning technique tailored to each individual student - everyone learns differently!

* Improve exam technique to achieve the best possible marks - it`s not all about knowledge base, students need to know what examiners are looking for

* Set small, step-wise goals to keep students motivated and track their improvement

Experience: I have tutored for a number of private tutoring agencies across London, in addition to peer-mentoring. These students have had a wide range of differing capabilities, objectives and motivation, and so I`ve managed to pick up tips and techniques to help across this entire range.
