I also have relevant teaching experience in teaching English as a Second Language. I am particularly skilled at exam preparation including mock papers, revision techniques and examination timings. I am experienced at working with most exam boards such as Edexcel, AQA, OCR, IGCSE, WJEC EDUQAS, EDI, NCFE and City & Guilds.
I believe that learning should be interesting and enjoyable. I feel that a good start to any learning programme is to ascertain the areas for development. This may take place as an assessment which is normally written but can also be carried out verbally. I also take into account the learning styles that best suit the learner be it visual or auditory. A learning Plan can then be constructed which has the objectives of the student; to their satisfaction. My aim from that point is to enable the student to reach their goals, develop confidence with their English and enjoy the success in getting the exam results they desire.
