Information about Ash
Having qualified as a Primary School Teacher in 2011, I have experiencing of teaching across both Key Stage 1 and 2 and preparing students for SATS, 11+ and entrance exams. I believe in making learning fun and relatable to each individual and in turn memorable.
I am confident teaching any area of the primary curriculum with a particular specialism in maths. Im also passionate about using technology to enhance the teaching and learning process and if possible would place this at the heart of my teaching.
Prior to the tutoring commencing, I believe it is important to talk with the child to find out what makes them tick and from there develop a way of learning that suits them and enables us to achieve the best outcomes.
Although Im based in Wilmslow, Im happy to travel and find a time that suits both parties but most importantly find a time where that suits the individual.
Availability: Anytime Monday-Sunday
Willing to travel: 30 miles
Experience: I have worked as a full time teacher and tutor for over a decade. Over this time I have prepared a number of children for Sats, eleven plus and entrance exams, with every pupil achieving their desired outcome.
Ive also experience working with high achieving children who want to be challenged and pushed.
In contrast, Ive also worked with children who need more support and children with SEN.

Feedback For Ash (-1)
Purchased his contact details and was very pleasant on the phone, we agreed a time for him to meet my son and he never turned up. I even texted him the day before to remind him and I heard nothing, nor did he returned my calls or texts and provide me an explanation. My son was left waiting which was not a good start to working towards your Entrance exam
Tutors Response :
This was a mixup and I was unable to make contact with the customer due to a delayed flight back from holiday. On contacting the customer on my return, I never heard back from the customer so presumed they must have found somebody else.
