After qualifying in 2012 with a PGCE in Secondary Physics from the Univsersity of Southampton I completed my NQT year teaching General Science (KS3&4) along with other subjects. Since then I have taken time out from teaching to travel, spending time in China, Indonesia and New Zealand.

I am a friendly and enthusiastic individual with a teaching style oriented towards 1-1 teaching. In particular, I believe in encouraging students to apply their reasoning skills to problems and in giving clear straightforward explanations when required.

Availability: Evenings Sunday - Wednesday
Weekends and other times currently negotiable

Experience: 1 Year (2012/13) as a Teacher of Secondary Science and Other Subjects at Brookfield Community School. Other subjects taught KS3 Geography, PSHEE and AS Critical Thinking

A combined total of 22 years martial arts experience predominantly in Tae Kwon Do and traditional Shaolin Kung Fu.
