Information about Eesha

I am a third-year student studying dentistry at Cardiff University. Throughout my education, I have always enjoyed learning and being taught new things in interesting and different ways. I enjoy teaching and I hope to bring new and exciting ways to learn, making learning an enjoyable experience for me and my tutee. I have always aimed for my full potential, achieving 3As at A-levels, in maths, biology and chemistry.
I am very friendly and approachable, which I hope creates an ideal learning environment, but I also like to push students to their greatest capabilities!
In my spare time, I love experimenting in the kitchen, seeing what new meals I can cook and new cakes I can bake!!

To give you some examples of what a lesson with me can look like, I tend to follow a similar system for most cases.
In the first lesson, I like to start with a small test based on what academic stage you are at - this isn`t something to be afraid of, but it is a very useful tool. During this test, I can identify areas where you are strong and therefore I know I don`t need to focus on those. The main objective of this test is to identify a few key areas of weakness and these will be what we cover in the next few lessons - starting from basic knowledge to more advanced. Over the next coming weeks, we will have strengthened and solidified your knowledge and these can be tested again with an improving score.
I base all my teaching upon the correct curriculum and often have checklists by my side during the lesson so you are at the stage you need to be or higher. For students sitting exams, it is very important to follow the curriculum to know what you are being tested on, but I often find a bit of extra knowledge around the subject can make it easier to grasp key concepts and raise your marks.
