Hi, my name is Nishant and I am currently working as a Quantitative Trader. I`m very enthusiastic, and have over 9 years` experience in teaching children of all ages - this is through working for a local Kumon centre.

I tutor in the following subjects/areas:

- Maths (KS3/GCSE/A Level)
- Biology (KS3/GCSE)
- Chemistry (KS3/GCSE)
- Physics (KS3/GCSE)
- History (Primary/KS3/GCSE)
- Science (Primary)
- Entrance Exams (11+)
- Verbal and Non-verbal reasoning (secondary school admission preparation)

Qualifications:

- MSci Mathematics - Imperial College London - 1st class honours.
- A Levels - A*A*A*A* in Maths, Further Maths, Physics and Economics (with an A in German at AS Level)
- GCSE: 8A*s 3As inc. Maths, Triple Science, English, French, German, History, Religious Studies and Computing
- Free Standing Unit (Maths) - max grade achieved: A.
- UKMT Maths Challenge: 4 Gold awards and progressed into Kangaroo stage
- Piano: ABSRM Grades 1-8 including merits and distinctions

As a passionate, determined, attentive individual who believes strongly in the importance of teaching, I find that imparting knowledge to others is highly rewarding

Unlike older tutors, I had the experience of being a tutor whilst still in secondary school which allowed me to understand my students and guide them through the challenging yet fulfilling journey that school provides.

My main goal during the sessions I provide is to guide students through the work in a way that will not only be interesting but also improve their understanding.,

Experience: I mentored younger pupils at secondary in Maths and German, which allowed their confidence and grades to improve significantly.

I worked as an assistant for a local Kumon Centre, I supervised and helped children to develop their English and Maths skills. By working with young people of a variety of ages, I developed strong interpersonal skills and learnt to accommodate the children`s needs to the best possible extent. Using this experience, I became a private tutor and have teaching students for over 6 years,
