Hi, I am currently teaching A Level Psychology at an outstanding school in Northampton. I am teaching from the AQA specification, and I can teach topics across all three papers, however the optional topics I teach on paper 3 are aggression, Schizophrenia and cognition and development. I have an excellent reputation at my school with both staff and students. I have also been a covered the HOD role for a year with very successful outcomes.

I will provide resources to work through the content of the course and embed exam questions into the sessions to ensure that tutees can apply their knowledge and skills effectively and appropriately to exam requirements. I am willing to mark any work tutees complete outside of the scheduled sessions also. Experience: I am in my 12th year of teaching. The results of my students this year are always excellent, in line or above the national average. I have also been a Psychology examiner for the AQA specification.

I have tutored several students over the years, all of whom have achieved or exceeded their target grades, with several of them achieving A*s and 100% on certain topics. I have taken a step back from tutoring for the past 5 years or so to focus on my young family and to make sure I fully understand the requirements and content of the AQA specification (that changed in 2017) holistically to ensure I am to provide my tutees with the best possible service.
