Hi! I’m a friendly and enthusiastic science tutor who believes learning should feel like a conversation, not a lecture. I specialise in creating relaxed, engaging lessons where students feel confident to ask questions, explore ideas, and think aloud. I find that a dialogue-based approach helps students understand concepts on a deeper level and makes learning far more enjoyable.

I tutor students of all ages and abilities, including those with Special Educational Needs (SEN), and I’m passionate about helping learners unlock their full potential — whether that’s building subject confidence, improving grades, or simply enjoying science more.

Availability: I currently offer flexible weekday and weekend availability, with both daytime and evening slots open to suit different schedules. I aim to accommodate students in the UK and internationally, so I’m happy to discuss times that work best for you. Experience: I have over four years of teaching experience across KS3 and GCSE, with a strong focus on Science. My academic background is in Microbiology & Molecular Biology, and I’m currently completing my PGCE with Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) via a Physics specialism. I regularly teach all three sciences — Biology, Chemistry, and Physics — and I tailor my approach to suit each learner. I also have a Level 3 TEFL Qualification in order to teach languages.

I’ve had the opportunity to teach in different countries, which has given me experience with a variety of international curriculums and diverse student needs. This global perspective has made me a highly adaptable educator, able to adjust my teaching style to suit different learning environments and expectations.

I also have extensive experience supporting students with Special Educational Needs (SEN), and I always aim to create a calm, inclusive atmosphere where learners feel safe and supported.
