Mr. Raphael has a very wide understanding of Maritime law and how it operates. He also follows multiple jurisdictions as he`s originally Nigerian, not forgetting the fact that he is a great professional in the field with teaching methods that will satisfy the student`s need. I recommend Mr. Raphael for all students who wish to have a lesson that is easy as well as informative.

Raphael has been fantastic with my son who is 12 years old, he is now starting to gain a much better understanding in Maths and will hopefully catch up in class.
