I am a well qualified, experienced teacher working in the Further Education sector, currently working in an outstanding 6th Form College. My qualifications include BSc Hons Psychology, Certificate in Education and Level 5 Diploma in teaching Numeracy. I am happy to deliver lessons online or in person, either at my home or your own home. I have an enhanced DBS and have worked with primary and secondary students in a tutoring role. I also offer tutoring to adults, perhaps mums and dads who want to help their children with their maths homework. I have a very relaxed and empathetic style of teaching and have worked in a pastoral role alongside teaching. I have a very good understanding of the barriers to learning maths and support students in a positive manner.

Experience: I started my career in education teaching Functional Skills Maths and ICT plus GCSE Maths. I moved onto teaching BTEC Business and Health and Social Care. More recently I have taught Psychology A level and Level 3 Criminology. I am also an examiner for Psychology and Health & Social Care with the OCR exam board and for Criminology with the WJEC exam board.
