I have established a well-rounded career of an extensive teaching and graduated with a PGCE from Manchester Metropolitan university, I have learned many new methods of teaching and have developed different techniques to present new topics- in particular ones that I find my students struggling with. My lesson plans integrate the idea to distinguish the different levels individuals are at and be able to present something that can adapt to each students understanding. Through trial and error and, years of teacher training and feedback, I’ve perfected this approach and found my students improving and thriving.

With my years of experience and teaching, I am particularly looking to parlay my skills further, I have also had the pleasure of teaming up with external boards in regards to exam procedures and grading methods which has been particularly interesting in my application to test marking

Experience: I have taught taught in schools ranging from independent schools, private schools, state schools and have taught both KS3 and KS4. I’ve also home tutored for KS2 sats and 11 plus for those looking to apply for grammar schools. I am qualified in maths, physics, chemistry and biology and have taught these subjects for all age groups up to A level for maths and chemistry and up to GCSE for biology and physics. Over my 20 years of teaching in the U.K
