About Me:
Hi, I`m James. I`m a medical student at Imperial College London, who is tutoring GCSE or A-Level Maths, Further Maths, Physics, Chemistry and Biology. I studied all five at A-Level and achieved all A/A*. I have worked as a teaching assistant for a year at a top independent school and as a tutor for 2 years. I live in South Kensington, feel free to contact me if you`d like to book your first session!
I can travel to your house, or I can provide tutoring at a local study area in a library, or via Zoom with a whiteboard tool.
Availability: I am available most weekdays at all hours as well as weekends, subject to bookings and events. I prefer to book a regular weekly session, which we can reschedule occasionally as required. Cancellation or rescheduling must be within 24 hours of the session, otherwise I will request a payment of half of the going rate.
Willing to travel: 5 miles
Experience: I worked as an assistant teacher/mentor and tutor at a private school for 6 months, providing extra revision clinics and 1 to 1s during lessons. I have been tutoring for 4 years now. My client base peaked at 14 students between school and home tutoring during the previous academic year, and I currently have a 5-star rating on Tutor Hunt! I also tutor several students online. I have helped over 50 students now, with a range of academic abilities, to achieve and exceed their goals, achieving top university places onto STEM, Medicine and Law courses, and getting into sixth form colleges.

James was tutoring my son for his triple science GCSEs, he was very knowledgeable, explains concepts really well and is very polite and helpful with any other matters related to school. My son thoroughly enjoyed his lessons. Will be certainly asking for his help again in A-level

My son has found James to be a hugely successful tutor. He`s been clear, precise and extremely accommodating when times haven`t been suitable.
