Hello, I`m Georgina, an experienced Sociology and Psychology teacher, AQA examiner and Director of Sixth Form with over 9 years of teaching and educational leadership experience.

I hold a First Class Honours Degree in Psychology and achieved A*AA at A Level in Psychology, Philosophy & Ethics, and Drama.

Throughout my teaching career, I have helped hundreds of students improve their confidence, develop outstanding exam technique and secure significant grade improvements. Whether a student is aiming to pass, move from a C to a B, achieve an A/A*, or gain a place at their chosen university, my goal is to provide clear, personalised support that delivers measurable results.

In my current role as Director of Sixth Form, I also lead the Social Sciences Department within a large comprehensive school in London. During the 2025 examination series, all Sociology students achieved grades A*-B and Psychology students achieved grades A*-C. The department achieved a positive value-added score of +0.1 and was recognised with an award for a highly successful academic year.

Alongside my teaching role, I have extensive experience as an AQA Sociology examiner and have marked thousands of examination scri pts. This gives me a detailed understanding of assessment criteria, examiner expectations and the precise skills students need to secure top grades. I mark with confidence and accuracy in line with AQA standards and use this expertise to help students maximise their marks.
