I have been working as a teacher for 17 years and have very good results at GCSE, BTEC level 2 and 3 and Alevel.
The success is due to my teaching style as I like to get to know my students so I can understand their learning style. This allows be to adapt my teaching style to suit the needs of my individual students. This allows the students to have confidence in asking me questions on topics and also allows me to build their confidence with the subject. I ensure I build on the foundations the student has which allows them to excel
