I am passionate about improving the confidence of my pupils, and working with them so that they can achieve, or even exceed their potential.

I can travel to you or can teach you at my house near Chorlton .

I have two children age 13 and 15. I like listening to music. I am involved back stage in an amateur dramatics group.

Experience: More than 15 years experience teaching Maths at GCSE and A level to a wide range of pupils.
Private tuition experience preparing pupils for exams.
Two years experience tutoring for the 11 plus exams.
Experienced in stimulating bright pupils with challenging topics.
Experienced in helping weaker pupils to build their confidence and succeed in Maths from Year 6 to Year 13.

I have helped numerous pupils to understand Maths, and succeed in the exams. I am patient and understanding, and have a sense of humour. I work with pupils aiming for the highest grades, those struggling to achieve a "pass", and everyone in between. I provide suitable worksheets/book work as required, and can help pupils with work set by their school teachers.

I have also tutored students for various Numeracy tests e.g. PGCE requirements.
