Information about Olivera

My main aim is to increase pupils’ interest in a subject while maximizing their performance and enhancing their skills. I have set realistic and achievable goals for each student that recognize success and challenge mediocre results. I use lesson plans that recognize students’ diverse cultural, learning and language capabilities to meet their needs. Creating peaceful atmosphere by engaging students in subject. I am really committed to help each student to achieve the capabilities required to meet the requirements of their future lives. I understand the importance of setting targets and I am committed to help students achieve them through carefully set action plans. I identify positive and problematic features in student’s abilities thus encouraging them to work to and above their potential on the one hand and to address and overcome shortcomings on the other. I utilize strategies which help SEN / EAL students participate in lessons as effectively as, other students and strive to give additional assistance where appropriate, i.e. by organizing additional after school tuition.
As a direct result of my lesson planning and teaching the student’s achievement has increased. This is reflected by their results and National Curriculum levels. I have created detailed and creative lesson plans as well as a scheme of work as a mean of improving motivation. I always know the ability of each pupil and plan differentiated lessons accordingly. At the end of my lessons, pupils are clear on what
level they are at and how they can improve further. I have great enthusiasm for enabling learning in my subject which appears to motivate both students and colleagues. I have a high level of verbal and written interpersonal skills, which have helped me to build greater awareness of other people, understand them and be able to converse with them in a confident way. I possess good working skills of school specific software (i.e. Reports Manager, SMART, etc.) which I have frequently used for
diagrammatic representation of topics, report writing, research and presentations. I aim to provide an excellent education to the
pupils and to offer a broad and balanced curriculum which meets the needs of each student. I am willing to implement enthusiastic
lessons at all times keeping interest for the subject. I aim to encourage students to work independently, to take control of their own
learning, and to form his/her own judgement based on appropriate knowledge in order to achieve full potential.I believe that my enthusiasm will engender more collaborative working practices, will acts as a motivational factor for
work colleague and helps build a better team working environment for students. I am willing to contribute to educational change and
the shaping of educational policy. As an individual constantly seeking out intellectual challenges.
