Nadia went above and beyond to help me set up a virtual one-off cooking lesson for my partner`s birthday. I gave Nadia some types of cuisine we enjoy, and she got back to me with a menu that was absolutely lovely! We adapted the menu a little to suit our tastes, making substitutions Nadia suggested. She was contactable throughout the whole process, responding to me promptly and even beared with my hang-ups and whispering as this was a suprise present! Nadia showed her care for the lesson to run as smoothly as possible, suggesting a test run the day before to make sure everything would go smoothly! On the day, Nadia was very professional and kind, we had such a good laugh and still felt completely guided by Nadia`s skillset even though she wasn`t actually in our kitchen - for example, Nadia would remember to tell us to check on what was cooking, even though she wouldn`t have been able to see this ourselves. Nadia stayed with us the whole time until our meal was compeltely ready, and then as a lovely extra touch suggested recipes for our left-over ingredients. It made a lock-down birthday so special, our food tasted wonderful and it felt like we`d been to a restaurant in our own home, thank you Nadia :)
