Hello! I’m a qualified and passionate English teacher with over two years of classroom experience. I currently teach the AQA specification, but I’m confident and happy to support students across all exam boards. Whether you’re looking for help before GCSE, at GCSE level, or beyond, I can tailor sessions to suit your needs and goals.

I hold an undergraduate degree in English Literature, a Master’s in Journalism, and a PGCE in Teaching. This strong academic background allows me to bring depth, clarity, and real-world insight into my lessons—while keeping things engaging and accessible.

Whether it’s building confidence, improving exam technique, or diving deeper into texts, I’m here to support every step of the way.

Availability: Weekdays: After school and evening.
Weekends: All day.

Experience: I trained in the classroom for two years as an unqualified teacher while working towards my PGCE, giving me invaluable hands-on experience from the very start. I’m now heading into my third year as a fully qualified English teacher, with experience teaching both English Literature and Language at secondary level. I’ve also previously taught Media Studies, so I bring a broad and creative skill set to my teaching.

With an undergraduate degree in English Literature, a Master’s in Journalism, and my PGCE, I combine subject expertise with practical teaching experience to help students thrive.
