Over 27 years of experience as a teacher, deputy headteacher and headteacher in South Essex Schools. Many years spent as Year 6 teacher with great SATs results. Stepped back from headship in June 2020, so lots of recent, relevant experience. As I am no longer working in school on a full-time basis, I can be flexible with regards to providing tutoring slots that fit in with your child`s busy schedule. I offer tuition in all KS2 National Curriculum subjects, with a particular emphasis on Maths and English; 11+ preparation; KS3 Maths through to GCSE Maths Foundation level. I have a 100% success rate in helping my students pass their GCSE Maths resits; they all approached me for help following disappointing grades first time around.
I hold 10 O levels, 3 A levels, a BSSc (Hons) degree from Queen`s University Belfast, a PGCE from Queen`s University Belfast, an NPQH from the National College of School Leadership, and a CCRS from the Brentwood Religious Education Service.
