Teacher (PGCE) in Mathematics - I gain a good rapport with the students that I tutor, being quite relaxed, fun and caring, being very student centered. I have the ability to really tune into individual students and deliver lessons which are customised to suit their needs. Time is taken for students to gain confidence in thinking for themselves and therefore becoming independent learners, which is necessary training for revision and future university life. Preparation is key for successful lessons designed for individual students, hence I use an array of learning resources which ensure that the student is fully engaged. My flexibility means that I adapt easily to a wide range of abilities. I am friendly and all of my students are very interested in me tutoring them throughout their school years.

Experience: I have been teaching for for 30 years. My qualifications include a PGCE in Mathematics. My work experience has been teaching in Secondary School, FE Colleges and University. I currently tutor students from year 1 to year 11 in mathematics.
