Hi there! My name is Lawrence and I am a passionate and experienced math tutor. I have always had a love for mathematics and enjoy helping students develop their skills and confidence in the subject.

I graduated from University of Nigeria, Nsukka with a bachelor`s degree in Computer Science & Statistics, as well as West African un ion University, Cotonou with a bachelor`s degree in Computer Science, and have been tutoring students of KS2 years (as well as KS3) for the past fifteen years. Whether it`s basic arithmetic, algebra, geometry, calculus, or any other mathematical concept, I am well-versed in the subject matter and can adapt my teaching methods to suit each student`s individual needs.

My approach to tutoring is focused on creating a supportive and encouraging learning environment. I believe that every student has the potential to succeed in math, and it is my role to help them discover and unlock their full potential. I am patient, understanding, and able to explain complex concepts in a simplified manner, ensuring that my students grasp the material effectively.

In addition to tutoring, I have also worked as a classroom math teacher, which has given me valuable experience in understanding the curriculum and requirements of various educational systems. I stay up to date with the latest teaching methodologies and resources, incorporating them into my sessions to provide the most effective and engaging learning experience for my students.

I am proud to say that many of my past students have shown significant improvement in their math skills, as well as increased confidence in their ability to tackle challenging problems. Witnessing their progress and seeing them develop a genuine interest in math is incredibly rewarding for me.

When I`m not tutoring, I enjoy staying active by participating in math competitions and attending workshops and conferences to further enhance my knowledge and skills. I also enjoy reading books on mathematics and exploring new mathematical concepts.
