Estelle started working with my 5yo son a year ago. After the first lockdown he had missed out on so much learning we needed to get him up to speed as he was now in year 1. Estelle effectively developed his confidence with reading and writing, when that had improved mathematics was introduced to sessions, my boy looked forward to his lessons and they would end with a smile on his face. As a result feedback from school was always positive. Additionally Estelle and my son have become good friends in the process. I would recommend Estelle as she was always extremely patient, reliable, helpful and kind. She was also very flexible and tailored sessions to suit our schedule etc. No regrets with my decision.

I am sorry to say that, for unknown reasons, Estelle was a disappointment. We carefully selected Estelle, based on her subject knowledge and skill-set and my daughter was delighted after her first session. However, that first session was all we managed to secure. Schedules were cancelled, texts were not responded to and my daughter was left without a Plan B on the last re-scheduled set of sessions - these were also cancelled. Estelle promised to send materials; but these didn`t materialize either. Not sure what happened but I would not recommend; based on the lack of reliability and communication.
