I am a friendly and experienced literacy and communication skills tutor who has many year`s experience helping very hard to reach young people. If you Google my name and Tutor you will find that I won the best tutor in the World 2018.

Availability: I am available in the evenings and at the weekend. I am available during the day over the summer holidays.

Experience: I work for the Reading Youth Offending Service as a Rapid English Tutor. My role is to help the Young people that get in trouble with the law with their communication skills. Often the young people that I see have been out of education for a long time and have poor reading, writing, speaking and listening skills. To help these young people tackle these skills I use a specialist program called Communicate. This program identifies their areas of weakness and then has tools to help them improve them in the shortest and easiest way possible. Once their communication skills and confidence have improved they are then in a much stronger position to get back into education or go onto college or employment. As part of my role I have helped people learn English as a second language. I have also coached many young people with their English and Maths GCSE`s and college entrance exams. I have also more recently helped several primary students and helped students prepare for their 11 plus exams.
