I am currently a KS2 year 5 teacher in an OFSTED `Outstanding` school and was myself graded as `Outstanding` in March 2014 by inspectors.
I am a passionate believer in tailoring learning to fit the needs of individual children and in making learning meaningful and engaging through innovation, trust and communication. Using positive praise and a nurturing rapport, I aim to develop not only a child`s knowledge but also their communicative,analytical and enquiry based skills whilst building their confidence and self-belief. I am able to identify effective methods and strategies for different children, resulting in accelerated progress and enhanced enjoyment and passion for learning. I am enthusiastic, positive, friendly and reliable and have always enjoyed working with children and now thoroughly enjoy helping children to reach their full potential.
