I am a fully qualified Maths teacher who teaches at University College School in Hampstead and previously at, Queen Elizabeth’s school (Boys) in Barnet and The Latymer School. I am a University of Oxford and Imperial College London Physics graduate and The Latymer school alumnus, and am willing to tutor in KS2, KS3, GCSE and A level Maths, as well as 7+, 11+ and 13+ entrance examinations.

Having studied so hard for 20 odd years and trained as a teacher at one of the best universities in the world, I now want to pass on everything I‘ve learnt to students. I thoroughly enjoy teaching and believe that all students can succeed with the right help and support. I have helped students achieve top grades, as well as helping younger students gain entry into top selective and private schools including John Lyons and Westminster School.

As someone who has taught at grammar schools, I am able to provide lots of challenge and pace to my lessons. However, my main aim is to go at the pace of the student; the first lesson you have will be an assessment which allows me to determine the students prior knowledge, and moving forward, I can work at their pace. I will ensure that the student is comfortable with the knowledge before moving on, and will take steps to ensure that this is a smooth and stress free experience. I have an abundance of teaching styles and methods, and can explain in the way which is easiest for the student to understand, as all students will learn in different ways.
