Information about Ruth
I am a person of wide ranging interests. One of my interests I have discovered in adulthood to be teaching. It is a passion of mine to help weaker learners develop confidence and become stronger students and people and to develop good students into exceptional students.
If you are wanting to learn, I can teach you and since I’ll enjoy it, you won’t find it so bad yourself!
I love handcrafts, gardening, walking, history. I am specially interested in classics and prehistory.
Availability: Due to caring for my elderly parents I base my tutoring in my home. I am available daily except weekends at the moment.
Willing to travel: Home Only
Experience: I home schooled our 3 children from birth to VI form, so have experience in primary & secondary tuition. I taught them and teach a range of GCSEs, IGCSEs & A levels. I trained as a secondary science teacher when my children left home and taught in school for several years, but have been tutoring successfully for over 29 years.
