After having worked in television for 17 years, I decided to retrain to become a teacher later in life. I went back to university in my late thirties and began my teacher training. Although it has been challenging at times, it has been the best thing I have done career wise as I now have such a rewarding job.

Availability: Most evenings during the week.

Experience: I have been teaching English for 11 years and am now Head of English at a comprehensive school in south London. I have experience of teaching GCSE Literature and Language as well as A level Literature.
