I am a former Royal Grammar School student who currently studies Medicine at QMUL.

Having performed exceptionally well in my GCSEs, A-levels and at University (receiving a merit for being in the top 25% of the cohort), I understand what it means to struggle, however I believe I can transfer my skills onto students who also wish to achieve the best possible grades. My way of teaching is about helping students to actually grasps difficult concepts rather than simply learning answer off by heart. The idea of my teaching is to make sure that the student understands how to get to an answer. I will also be setting homework to ensure that my students become independent in their learning rather than relying on me for answers because I simply won`t be there in the exam room. However, it is my job to ensure they are fully prepared for exam questions.

Experience: I have experience with working in the GCSE field from a very young age. When I was 14-15 years old, I was teaching GCSE maths to students much older than me. I was also a mentor teaching maths and biology when I attend Royal Grammar School and that experience really improved by teaching skills.
Moreover, at university, I have experience of teaching others at a higher standard because I teach younger students at university.
