Information about Katie
Hello! My name is Katie and I am a fully qualified teacher currently teaching in a primary school in Hemel Hempstead.
I studied at Wolverhmapton University where I got a first class honours degree in Primary Education gaining my qualified teaching status (QTS). I have been teaching for nine years in various primary schools.
I have experience teaching across the primary school in all key stages - Early Years, key stage 1 and key stage 2.
I have previous experience of tutoring from early years level up to GCSE level.
I would be right for someone who is looking for primary tutition in maths, English (both reading and writing), phonics or any foundation subject.
I have lots of experience of tutoring primary aged children and preparing them for assessments such as the phonics screening in year 1, end of key stage 1 SATS, end of key stage 2 SATS and the 11 plus exam.
I can offer sessions from half hour up to an hour depending on age and individual needs.
