I am a friendly and attentive graduate of the University of Cambridge with previous experience in tutoring various age groups.

I previously studied for my A-levels at St. Olave`s Grammar School, one of the highest achieving selective state schools in London and where I was Vice-Captain of school. I received `A*`s in Economics and English (with full UMS) in addition to `A`s in both Mathematics and Further Mathematics and `A`s in History, Critical Thinking and my EPQ (full marks) at AS Level.

At GCSE I received straight A*s in all the subjects I took: Maths, English Language, English Literature, Biology, Physics, Chemistry, History, French, Latin, Art, and RS (short course).

Having previously attended St. Olave`s Grammar School, and prior to that Tonbridge Grammar School I am familiar with the local secondary school entrance examinations and the 11+, in which I received full marks myself.

The broad nature of my course as well as my previous studies mean that I am comfortable tutoring in a range of subjects, with a strong skill set in both analytical and mathematical subjects as well as those that are essay-based.

As a tutor I believe in focusing on the needs of the individual student and so I like to initiate a line of communication before any sessions take place so that we can make the most of the time available, and I always undertake work in advance to make sure that I have appropriate material prepared.

Experience: I have tutored students in a range of subjects from Maths to History to providing help in the EPQ qualification. I have managed to raise the grades of a student averaging a C/D to an A* at GCSE over 3 months before with weekly sessions.

In addition to this I was a mentor to younger students at school, where I provided academic support across the board so I have experience with helping younger students.
