I am currently studying an Masters degree in Global Development to potentially enter teaching or undertake a PhD in the near future.

I have been tutoring Maths, alongside other subjects, both online and in person for approximately 7 years. Therefore, I have extensive experience and knowledge of the syllabuses of the all the main UK exam boards. I also have experience in examination techniques and how to approach exam questions, to ensure higher grades are obtained.

I have marked exam papers for a major UK exam board and have worked on numeracy and literacy interventions in local schools at both primary and secondary level.

Appropriate lesson plans and assessments are undertaken during tuition sessions to ensure student progression - with student and parents being kept fully informed, as required.

I am available for tuition after school and weekends, but also during school term times and school holidays if required.

Experience: I have been tutoring for 7 years now, both online and traditional face to face tuition. I have worked in local primary schools and secondary schools assisting with activities, such as numeracy and reading, as well as assisting with detailed individual learning plans and individual additional support.

I have detailed knowledge of all the major UK exam boards syllabus, particularly WJEC and AQA.
