I am a 21-year-old student studying Medicine at the University of Birmingham. I completed my A-Levels at Newstead Wood School for Girls in Kent, where I studied Biology, Chemistry and Maths (AA*A*). I also took Physics and Environmental Studies at AS, in which I obtained A and B. When I`m not studying I enjoy swimming and playing netball, as well as art and creative writing - I believe it`s important to maintain a healthy work-play balance.

I believe the secret to succeeding in school is enjoyment - this is why my aim is to find a way to teach children so that they have a great time while learning! All learning plans are individually tailored to suit your child`s personality and needs, and regular feedback will be provided.

I specialise in Maths and Science but I would be able to offer help in many other KS3 and GCSE subjects too.

Experience: I have worked at Explore Learning - a tutoring centre for children aged 4-15 - for the last two years, giving me experience teaching children of all ages in Maths, English and 11+ exam content, with a dash of History, Geography, Politics and general essay-writing and debating on the side!

I set up a mentoring scheme at my school, where older pupils tutor the younger students. I also volunteered on kids` summer camps with The Ecoweek Trust and worked as a Young Leader for a Girlguide group.

Additionally, I have experience in tutoring mature students and teaching English as a foreign language.
