I am an outgoing and creative teacher, who chooses to focus on comprehension and engagement rather than memorisation. I teach using a variety of methods and resources, which enhance the writing, reading, speaking, and understanding of the students. My teaching is easily adaptable, and can be suited to all ages of secondary school, and across different levels and abilities.

Availability: I am available on Tuesdays-Thursdays from 4:30pm to 7pm, and on Saturdays from 11am to 4pm.

Experience: I was an English, History, and Media teacher in Canada from 2012-2014. Since moving to England, I have been teaching English Language and Literature to years 7-13, with specific focus on GCSE English Language and Literature. I have taught mixed ability classes as well as top set, and marked GCSE exams for the past four years years.

I am currently the head of Media Studies department, and I teach GCSE and A-Level classes with the Eduqas examination board.
