Hello! My name is Frances. I was born in Beijing, China. I had taught mandarin to Cantonese speakers and English speakers for 6 years. I taught in a primary school in Hong Kong. I am currently studying for PhD program, and my major field is Teaching Chinese as Second Language and Chinese Teachers Professional Development. Being a language teacher doesn`t mean one can teach as he can talk. Professional teachers should have flexible and solid teaching ability and skills, and change skills according to the characteristics of individuals, and develop reasonable teaching objectives of different students` need.
