Information about Hassan

Hello!
I am a native speaker of Arabic and I have taught Arabic in colleges and learning centres in South Yorkshire for few years. I have also taught English as a second Language (ESOL) and English as a Foreign Language (EFL) at Rotherham College for more than 20 years. In addition to that, I have taught Arabic here in England to some people who were interested in learning Arabic to seek employment in the United Arab Emirates and some other Arab countries.

I graduated from the University of North Wales in 1999 with a PhD in English drama and literature. In 2000, I got a job at Rotherham College as a Programme Coordinator and later as a Curriculum Leader at the ESOL department. In 2018, I changed my contract to a part-time one, 3 days per week. My contract with the college ended on the 31st of August this year.

I just want to teach ESOL and Arabic online from home starting November this year (2022). I have done a lot of teaching online here at Rotherham College which is part of RNN Group now for more than 5 years which was mainly English as a Second Language.

I am a Level 1 Google Educator and I had a certificate issued to me after I passed a 3-hour online test. I am quite enthusiastic and well trained to do online teaching effectively and professionally.

Availability: November, 2022.
up to 10 hours per week.
