I teach German at all levels, adults and children alike.

I also teach French primary and GCSE. All lessons are tailored to the needs of the student.

I teach English as a foreign language; adults and children - beginners and advanced, conversational English and/or grammar. I have experience in teaching within the Japanese community

I have lived in the UK for more than 35 years. I hold a Diploma in International Communication English/German (BA Hons) from the Institute of Linguists. Being multi-lingual I offer a unique insight into the structure of the English language from a non-native point of view.


All lessons are tailored to the needs and knowledge of the student after an initial free assessment.

Experience: I have several years experience in tutoring English as a foreign language as well as German and French.

Prior to tutoring I was in charge of a private bi-lingual French/English nursery for over 4 years

I have extensive experience in translations of German, French and Italian.
